Dispatch Board
For airport arrivals and departures: meet & greet, car service and VIP transfers.
- Upload the client's manifest in their own layout; the app reads it and builds a card for every guest.
- Each manifest is checked against airline schedules, so wrong flight numbers and times are flagged before the event.
- Hotel pickup times are worked out from the departure airport, and guests can still choose their own.

Shuttle Board

- Board guests by typing the first letters of a name; every bus load is counted as it fills.
- Flights are tracked for delays, with extra attention on arrivals near the end of service.
- "Bus sent" messages go to dispatch and the client with the driver and bus details.
- The Booking Planner sizes cars and buses from the manifest, plans driver breaks and buffers, and builds the vendor request.
- A full boarding report with every guest, bus and time.
Route Manager
For hotel shuttle loops at conferences: several routes, many hotels, buses all day.
- Each bus is tracked live from the driver's phone, updating every 30 seconds.
- Guests scan the QR sign at their hotel to see where the next bus is and when it arrives.
- Route managers are warned about gaps in service, buses off route, full buses and SOS, and can move a bus to another route in a few taps.
- Lobby ambassadors count boardings and ask for a second bus from their own phone link.
